AI Agent Engineer Role Summary">

We are seeking a skilled AI Agent Engineer to support the implementation of intelligent ServiceNow Agents at healthcare payer clients. This role requires expertise in the ServiceNow platform, AI Agent Studio, and integration of AI/ML models with enterprise workflows.

The ideal candidate will have experience designing, configuring, and deploying AI-powered solutions that enhance automation, service delivery, and analytics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow AI Agents using AI Agent Studio.
  • Develop workflows, subflows, and process automation within ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and SecOps modules.
  • Integrate ServiceNow AI Agents with external systems using Integration Hub, APIs, and Workflow Data Fabric.
  • Enable AI Agents to call external tools and interact with LLMs, databases, or third-party AI models.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform and AI Agent Studio.
  • Experience with integration of AI/ML models with enterprise workflows.
  • Strong programming skills in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
