We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our claims management team.

About the Role:

This role involves processing claims efficiently and accurately while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Claims Processing: Process claims from initial intake to final resolution, ensuring accuracy and timely documentation.
  • Review claim documents and verify the validity and eligibility of claims.
  • Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with team members to gather necessary information and documentation to support claim processing.
  • Maintain accurate records of claim status, updates, and correspondence in the company database.
  • Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders to obtain additional information and clarify claim details.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development to enhance skills in claims management.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Educational Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate (Freshers or candidates with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience).
  • Skills & Attributes:
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data management systems.
