Web Affiliate Marketing Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage our web-based affiliate and publisher network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding high-performing web affiliates and publishers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Affiliate Network Management:
    • Identify and recruit web affiliates and publishers with strong track records of quality leads and conversions.
    • Nurture relationships with affiliate partners, networks, and platforms to drive revenue growth.
  • Performance Analysis:
    • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics including clicks, leads, sales, ROI, and fraud metrics to optimize campaign performance.
  • Campaign Optimization:
    • Negotiate campaign terms and payouts (CPL, CPA, CPS) to ensure optimal return on investment.
    • Continuously optimize campaign delivery, compliance, and execution for better results.
  • Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Experience:
    • 1–2 years of experience in web affiliate marketing, lead generation, or performance marketing.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of key web KPIs including CTR, CR, EPC, and ROI.
    • Proficiency in using tracking and attribution platforms such as HasOffers (TUNE), Impact, Everflow, or Affise.
    • Familiarity with affiliate networks, publishers, and traffic sources in web marketing.
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a data-driven mindset.
