Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead our affiliate sales strategy across various international markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth through affiliate marketing and meeting business targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute an annual affiliate campaign management calendar.
  • Owning, developing and delivering an affiliate sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitoring affiliate activity, performance analysis and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Initiating new campaign ideas, incentives and bonus offers.
  • Prioritizing execution strategy based on revenue potential and motivating affiliates to provide maximum exposure and revenues.
  • Running well-conceived A/B testing to optimize affiliate campaigns and their sales.
  • Promoting affiliate programs in relevant directories and forums.
  • Communicating with affiliates via email and telephone.
  • Optimizing all aspects of affiliate program through established and new networks.
  • Implementing initiatives that enhance affiliate productivity, create new growth opportunities and increase ROI.
  • Daily affiliate management including ongoing development and deployment of fresh marketing creatives, affiliate communications, offers, affiliate payments and dispute resolution.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in affiliate marketing.
  • Experience in managing large-scale affiliate programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
