Financial Leadership Position

We seek a seasoned accounting professional to oversee our day-to-day financial operations, ensuring timely compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the preparation of accurate financial statements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain precise financial records using advanced accounting software.
  • Process daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
  • Monitor petty cash and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.
  • Oversee statutory compliance deadlines, including tax filings, and other regulatory obligations.
  • Liaise with stakeholders for timely tax returns and filings.
  • Prepare compliance reports related to taxes, financial documentation, and budgeting.
  • Assist in financial statement preparation, balance sheet finalization, and forecasting.
  • Prepare financial reports, Excel spreadsheets, and accounting summaries.
  • Utilize advanced Excel tools to streamline financial processes.
  • Ensure accurate entry and retrieval of financial data from accounting software.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and work with IT teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain and organize financial documents for auditing purposes.
  • Assist in internal and external audit processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field.
  • Certification in Accounting (CA, CPA, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in advanced accounting software.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of balance sheet finalization.
  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Familiarity with compliance processes and financial reporting.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Additional Requirements: Ability to work under pressure, adaptability, and knowledge of current accounting trends and tax regulations.
