Governance, Risk, and Compliance Professional

Our organization is seeking a talented professional to join our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with ServiceNow GRC modules and contribute to strategic, operational, and technical GRC initiatives across the organization.
As a key member of the GRC team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the team both strategically and operationally. You will act as the primary contact for central risk and compliance functions, define KPIs, ensure audit-readiness, and manage the GRC roadmap.
Additionally, you will oversee integrations, platform scalability, and security, collaborate with enterprise platform and security teams, configure and implement ServiceNow GRC modules, translate business requirements into workflows, support testing, training, and go-live activities, and align implementations with regulatory frameworks.
In this role, you will maintain risk registers, control libraries, and policy documentation, support audits, evidence collection, and control testing, generate dashboards and reports, and liaise with business units on control responsibilities.
