Senior Magento Developer Position

We are seeking a seasoned Magento developer to join our team in developing and maintaining e-commerce websites.

About the Role:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Magento e-commerce websites that meet performance, security, and scalability standards.
  • Customize and extend Magento functionality through the development of custom modules, themes, and templates.
  • Manage and optimize the Magento database to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • Integrate Magento with third-party systems, such as payment gateways, shipping providers, and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
  • Improve the speed and performance of Magento websites through code optimization, caching, and other techniques.
  • Implement security best practices to protect the website from vulnerabilities and attacks.
  • Ensure that the e-commerce website is responsive and functions properly on various devices and screen sizes.
  • Keep the Magento platform and extensions up to date with the latest releases and security patches.
  • Perform thorough testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing, to identify and resolve issues.
  • Maintain documentation for custom code, configurations, and processes.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Magento architecture, design patterns, and coding standards.
  • Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
  • Experience with Magento extensions, custom modules, and theme development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
