Power Product Quality Manager

Job Summary:

This leadership role requires a visionary individual to lead the resolution of major customer issues related to Power Products, particularly Low Voltage Busway and PP devices.

The ideal candidate will serve as the main quality contact point for Busway, ensuring effective management of critical customer complaints.

The position also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to prevent and resolve customer issues, driving long-term quality improvements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the resolution of major customer issues related to Power Products, particularly Low Voltage Busway and PP devices.
  • Serve as the main quality contact point for Busway and ensure effective management of critical customer complaints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prevent and resolve customer issues and drive long-term quality improvements.
  • Lead the execution of containment actions for known issues and manage the warm loop to cold loop transition.

Key Deliverables:

  • Resolve 90% of critical issues related to CMI and BRE within 30 days, reporting monthly resolution rates.
  • Lead three training sessions on I2P best practices, gathering feedback from 80% of participants.
  • Transition 75% of warm loop processes to cold loop within six months, tracking progress monthly.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, turning difficult situations into opportunities.
