Test Automation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Test Automation Specialist to ensure software quality through automated testing, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Testing and Validation: Perform automated testing to guarantee software quality, conduct performance, load, and stress tests.
  • Test Planning and Strategy: Develop test plans and cases based on user stories and specifications.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work with developers, product owners, and designers to understand requirements and provide feedback.
  • CI/CD Integration: Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure test environments are set up correctly.
  • Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects, perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
  • Quality Metrics and Reporting: Track key quality metrics and provide regular updates on test results and defect trends.

Our ideal candidate has hands-on experience with automated testing tools like Selenium, Cypress, Appium, and Playwright, as well as a proven track record in creating and executing test plans and strategies. They should also have experience in performance, load, and stress testing, integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines, and background in defect management and root cause analysis.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (Engineering)
  • 4-7 years relevant testing experience
