We are seeking a seasoned Studio Operations Specialist to drive our projects from concept to completion.

This pivotal role requires exceptional leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless project execution across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of project management principles and be proficient in task tracking tools such as Zoho, Trello, Notion, Asana, or Monday.com.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement structured task management systems for all projects and studio locations.
  • Collaborate with design and operations teams to activate project workflows from day zero.
  • Ensure clear communication and visibility across all teams regarding project tasks, timelines, and deliverables.

Daily Monitoring & Studio Progress Discipline:

  • Track project progress daily across Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Singapore.
  • Identify and resolve delays, execute issue resolution, and maintain real-time visibility into project status and blockers.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with teams to ensure adherence to standard studio workflows.

Design to Pre-Construction to Procurement Enablement:

  • Coordinate handovers between stages: design development → pre-construction → tender → GFC.
  • Work with technical teams to ensure buildable, coordinated, and timely drawings and documents.
  • Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely information for order initiation without delays or gaps.

Interdependency Management & Studio-wide Coordination:

  • Foster collaboration between design, engineering, procurement, and execution teams.
  • Align internal teams on deliverables, dependencies, and ownership at every project phase.
  • Identify and track interdependencies across teams, resolve misalignments, and unblock work in real time.

Client Sign-Off & Documentation Closure:

  • Obtain client signoffs on design milestones as per schedule.
  • Track internal and client-related submissions according to studio workflow.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • 6–10 years of experience in project or studio operations within design or construction environments.
  • Proficiency in project management and task tracking tools.
  • Able to manage multi-location teams and build operational rhythm.
