Fitness Studio Operations Director

About This Opportunity
">We're seeking a results-driven Regional Operations Manager to oversee a network of Pilates studios, serving as an extension of our Head of Operations.
">Responsibilities:
">- Oversight and achievement of revenue targets for multiple studios.
- Drive lead conversion through structured follow-ups and coaching.
- Support studios in achieving PT and package sales goals.
- Monitor sales performance and implement data-driven actions.">
Studio-Level Execution:
">- Ensure standard operating procedures and brand experience are consistently followed.
- Collaborate with Studio Managers to boost conversion and retention.
- Coordinate local marketing activations.">
Team Leadership & Support:
">- Coach Studio Managers and front desk teams to meet key performance indicators.
- Implement sales/service training and performance reviews.
- Foster a high-energy, performance-focused culture.">
Customer Experience & Escalations:
">- Effectively handle member escalations and provide empathetic support.
- Ensure premium service at every customer touchpoint.
- Channel feedback to central teams for improvement.">
Reporting & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
">- Report studio metrics to the Head of Operations.
- Collaborate with central Ops, Training & Marketing teams.
- Maintain data hygiene and accurate CRM inputs.">
Requirements:
">- 4–6 years of experience in sales & operations (fitness, wellness, hospitality, or retail).
- Proven success in managing multi-location operations (6–7 outlets).
- Strong communication & leadership skills.
- Prioritization of health, fitness, and delivering exceptional service.
- Will to travel frequently across regions.">
