We're seeking a dynamic professional to manage NAVEX GRC platform implementations while coordinating agile project workflows using Azure DevOps Boards. This hybrid role bridges compliance technology deployment with agile delivery tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and configure NAVEX GRC modules, collaborating with stakeholders to gather compliance requirements and translate them into platform configurations
  • Conduct user training and support onboarding for NAVEX tools, monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and liaise with NAVEX support
  • Generate reports and dashboards for compliance metrics and incident tracking, automate workflows and integrate ADO Boards with other tools (e.g., GitHub, Jira, ServiceNow)
  • Create and manage work items (Epics, Features, User Stories, Tasks) in ADO Boards, track sprint progress, backlog grooming, and release planning, coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of GRC-related projects
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, or a related field
  • Good experience with GRC platforms (NAVEX preferred) and agile project management tools, strong understanding of compliance workflows, risk management, and incident reporting
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Boards and agile methodologies, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Certifications in NAVEX, Agile/Scrum, or Azure DevOps are a plus
