Job Title: Cisco UCCE CVP Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Architecture: Analyze business needs to create robust contact center architectures.
  • Implementation and Configuration: Install, configure, and deploy UCCE and CVP components.
  • System Integration: Integrate UCCE and CVP with third-party applications, including CRM systems and workforce management solutions.
  • Scripting Application Development: Develop, update, and troubleshoot CVP VXML applications and ICM scripts for call routing and self-service.
  • Support and Troubleshooting: Provide tier-3 support for complex issues involving UCCE, CVP, and related technologies.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor system health, performance metrics, and call flows, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Upgrades and Patching: Plan, test, and execute upgrades, patches, and migrations for UCCE and CVP platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expertise in UCCE and CVP design, implementation, and configuration.
  • Strong understanding of call center technologies, including CRM systems and workforce management.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages and application development.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
