Job Overview:

  • We are seeking an experienced Resource Management Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in monitoring and managing resource utilization across multiple projects and departments by analyzing resource allocation records and ensuring data accuracy in resource management systems.
  • Maintain accurate resource allocation records and ensure timely updates to resource management systems.
  • Coordinate with department leads to identify current and future staffing needs, providing recommendations for optimal resource allocation.
  • Support forecasting resource demand and resolving resource conflicts by analyzing historical data and market trends.
  • Prepare reports on resource availability, usage, and performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding of project resources by coordinating with relevant teams.
  • Communicate regularly with project managers to understand staffing and capacity challenges, providing solutions to optimize resource utilization.
  • Ensure alignment between resource availability and project requirements through proactive planning and communication.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in resource planning processes by identifying areas for process enhancement and implementing changes.

Requirements:

  • 4+Years of Experience in Resource management with a proven track record of successful resource planning and allocation.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and resource management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, SAP, MS Project).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
