Marketing Cloud Intelligence Specialist

As a Marketing Cloud Intelligence Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering insights and driving business growth for our clients. This is an opportunity to utilise your expertise in data analysis and visualisation to create actionable recommendations that drive real results.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with marketing cloud intelligence platforms, including managing data streams, building dashboards, and visualising data to tell a story. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality reports, as well as collaborating with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure seamless communication.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering dashboard reporting to provide a holistic view of marketing performance using the Marketing Cloud Intelligence platform
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence
  • Managing data streams, APIs, and TotalConnect
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and clients

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical and soft skills, including:

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience using MCI/Datorama, including managing data streams
  • Solid understanding of reporting metrics used within the marketing and advertising industry
  • Experience in Data Mapping and Normalisation
  • Knowledge of pivot tables, calculated fields, and advanced visualisations
  • Experience with SQL helpful
  • Exceptional organisational skills and ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal – for effective communication with internal stakeholders and clients
  • A passion for data and reporting with a proactive approach to professional development, generously sharing knowledge with teammates and client partners
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
