Job Overview

Printed Circuit Board Design Expertise

As a seasoned Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing PCB layouts for single-layer, multi-layer, and high-speed boards.

  • Interpret schematics and translate them into accurate PCB designs using industry-standard CAD tools such as Altium Designer, Eagle, KiCad, or OrCAD.
  • Collaborate with hardware engineers for component placement, routing, and mechanical constraints to ensure compliance with industry standards (IPC) and DFM/DFT guidelines.

You will also be responsible for generating fabrication and assembly files (Gerber, BOM, Pick & Place, etc.), conducting design reviews, resolving PCB-related issues, and implementing revisions.

Support prototyping, testing, and debugging phases of product development by staying updated with new PCB design techniques, tools, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Diploma/Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of proven PCB design experience with proficiency in PCB design software (Altium, Eagle, OrCAD, KiCad, etc.).
  • Knowledge of high-speed design, signal integrity, and thermal management principles.
  • Understanding of PCB manufacturing and assembly processes including EMI/EMC compliance and safety standards.

Preferred skills include experience in designing PCBs for IoT, automation, or embedded systems, familiarity with microcontrollers, power electronics, and sensor integration.
