Senior Skincare Marketing Specialist

We are currently seeking an accomplished Beauty Professional with 3-8 years of experience in graphic designing, preferably within the skincare or beauty industry.
- Sales Performance and Strategy: Develop and manage sales forecasts to ensure alignment with business objectives. Create and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Visibility and Search Optimization: Design and implement visibility campaigns to drive traffic and conversions. Manage keyword bidding strategies to improve product search rankings and discoverability.
- Discount and Promotion Strategy: Develop effective discounting strategies to boost sales without compromising margins. Track competitor activities and adjust promotional plans accordingly.
- Marketplace Management: Manage key marketplace relationships to secure visibility opportunities and negotiate promotions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving brand visibility, and optimizing marketing strategies across e-commerce platforms.Key Requirements
- Proven track record in graphic designing, preferably within the skincare or beauty industry.
- 3-8 years of experience in the Beauty, Skincare & Personal Care industry.
- Strong understanding of sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
