We are seeking a highly skilled Excel Reports Professional to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data, generating reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical and communication skills. You will work closely with our team to design and implement effective reporting solutions using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze data from various sources
  • Generate accurate and timely reports using Excel
  • Presentation of data in master Excel
  • Skilled in generating reports, diagrams, and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of system administration principles and practices
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and other MS office
  • Able to clearly communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively
  • Experience in working effectively in teams and collaborating with stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and formulas
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI
