Role Summary

The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process across the production cycle. This involves ensuring adherence to ISO 9001 and other relevant certifications.

About the Role
  • This role entails developing and implementing robust quality plans covering raw materials, purchased components, and finished products.
  • Coordination of third-party laboratory tests will be necessary to ensure results meet defined quality benchmarks and regulatory standards.
  • Certificates of quality, engineering drawings, and required documentation will need to be issued to customers to support transparency and trust in product quality.
  • Oversight of incoming material inspection will be required to ensure compliance with quality specifications, including working with external labs when needed.
  • Maintenance and upgrade of lab equipment will be necessary to support in-house testing capabilities and ensure accuracy in quality assurance processes.
  • Leadership of initiatives related to product standardization and certification under both national and international standards will be expected.
  • The successful candidate will serve as the ISO 9001 Management Representative (MR), ensuring compliance with QMS standards, coordinating audits, and implementing required changes to maintain certifications.
  • Establishment and management of policies for documentation control will be necessary to ensure all quality records, standards, and specifications are maintained and secure.
  • Implementation of CSAT monitoring processes will involve collecting and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
