Visual Designer Role

We are seeking a creative Visual Designer to collaborate with our team in developing engaging visual content for digital learning experiences.

The successful candidate will work closely with instructional designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to design graphics, illustrations, and layouts for eLearning courses, presentations, and other digital media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing high-quality visuals that align with learning goals and objectives.
  • Supporting the development of training modules by providing assets such as icons, templates, and characters.
  • Collaborating with instructional designers to ensure that visuals are cohesive and effective.
  • Learning and contributing to the development of interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline 360.
  • Maintaining brand consistency across all visual materials.
  • Participating in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and polished design work.
  • Basic understanding of design principles such as color theory, typography, and composition.
  • Willingness to learn Articulate Storyline 360 and other eLearning authoring tools.
  • Good communication and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
