Job Description:

  • As a leading expert in Generative AI, you will develop and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise applications, fine-tuning their performance to meet real-world demands.
  • You will implement cutting-edge prompt engineering techniques, leveraging embeddings and Retrieval Augmented Generation pipelines to drive innovation.
  • A key member of our team, you will collaborate with data scientists and solution architects to design and deliver Proof-of-Concepts and production-ready applications that showcase the potential of Agentic AI.
  • To ensure seamless deployment, you will work closely with cloud AI platform teams to optimize model performance, latency, and scalability for large-scale usage.
  • With a strong focus on responsible AI, data privacy, and security, you will guarantee that all AI solutions adhere to the highest industry standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Python programming, with hands-on experience in APIs, microservices, Flask/FastAPI/Django.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks and Apache Spark is highly desired.
  • Strong knowledge of vector embeddings and vector databases is essential.
  • Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration frameworks is required.
  • Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps practices for deploying AI models is necessary.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based AI services such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is expected.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills are crucial for success in this role.
