Job Title: Data Research Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Data Research Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the research group, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis and generating actionable insights for institutional clients.

  • You will track and analyze industry trends, demand–supply dynamics, pricing, and capacity expansions in the cement sector.
  • Conduct research on infrastructure and real estate sectors, including regulatory updates, market performance, and growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models for coverage companies.
  • Assist in preparing research reports, sector updates, and thematic studies.
  • Support client interactions with data-driven insights and presentations.

In this role, you will work closely with senior analysts to provide expert-level research support and contribute to the development of high-quality research products.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in equity research / industry research (preferably in cement sector).
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and sector dynamics.
  • Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
