Job Title: Brand Manager - Skin Care

We are seeking a skilled Brand Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business success in the skin care industry.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field in the FMCG industry, with a focus on beauty/personal care products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute successful product launches, promotions, and events to increase brand visibility and sales.
  • Define and maintain our brand's unique value proposition, tone, and messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and influencer partnerships to engage with customers and build brand loyalty.
  • Manage marketing budgets and track ROI to optimize marketing spend and ensure maximum return on investment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative to ensure aligned brand strategies and goals.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field in the FMCG industry.
  • Relevant industry experience in the beauty/personal care industry, with a focus on skin care products.
  • Excellent marketing skills, including brand positioning, messaging, and campaign execution.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
