Leading Research Chemist

As a Senior Organic Synthesis Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the design and development of innovative organic compounds for diverse applications.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and executing complex organic synthesis routes to target high-value compounds.
- Implementing efficient purification and characterization techniques using state-of-the-art analytical instruments such as NMR, HPLC, GC-MS, and IR spectroscopy.
- Interpreting and analyzing experimental data to optimize synthetic routes and troubleshoot reactions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge solutions and address project challenges.
- Maintaining accurate records of experimental procedures, results, and observations.
- Staying up-to-date with literature and technological advancements in organic chemistry to contribute to the development of novel methodologies and technologies.
- Adhering to strict safety protocols and best practices in the laboratory environment.
- PhD / Master's degree in organic chemistry or related field(s), or evidence of exceptional ability.
- 3+ years of industrial experience in organic synthesis and analysis.
- Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of organic chemistry principles and techniques.
- Hands-on experience with advanced organic synthesis, purification, and characterization methods.
- Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and analytical instruments.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced research environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
- Commitment to safety, compliance, and ethical conduct in scientific research.
