Job Opportunity:

This is an exciting role that involves working as a Workday Functional Consultant to design and implement complex configurations for clients across various functional areas. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and functional skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to adapt to new challenges.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Gather Requirements: Collaborate with business analysts and architects to clarify requirements for client's Absence or Time Tracking needs.
  • Provide Solution Overview: Offer a comprehensive overview of the Workday solution to meet client needs.
  • Design Solution: Develop a tailored Workday solution to meet client needs.
  • Conduct Client Sessions: Engage with client personnel to verify required aspects of the concerned module.
  • Configure Module: Configure the module based on the agreed-upon requirements.
  • Test Application: Support clients with testing of the concerned functional module.
  • Production Support: Provide ongoing support for the Workday solution in production environment.
  • Migrate Activities: Assist with the rollout of the Workday solution into production environment.

Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Workday modules - Absence/Time Tracking/Benefits/HCM/Compensation/Recruiting/Talent and Performance/Payroll.
  • Deep understanding of Workday object model and solution design approach.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly through individual research and self-training.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
