We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Tester to join our team. As an Automation Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of data-driven communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, write, and execute relevant test cases mapping back to pre-determined criteria, including technical, functional, and non-functional requirements and/or user stories.
  • Develop and review test documentation, conduct integration testing, end-to-end regression testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and run independently at times.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or campaign testing.
  • Experience/exposure to Pega and CCM.
  • Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and trustworthiness.
  • Experience in QA roles leveraging Pega/CCM or equivalent technology.
