Job Title: Automation Specialist

 

Our organization seeks a skilled professional to serve as an Automation Specialist. In this capacity, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Power Automate and Logic Apps flows that integrate Microsoft 365, Business Central, and Jira Service Management.

 

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deploy automation workflows using Power Automate and Logic Apps to streamline business processes, enhance productivity, and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain flow architecture to ensure seamless integration with various systems and applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement automation solutions that meet business needs.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot automation failures to minimize downtime and optimize performance.

 

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with Power Automate or Logic Apps.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and JSON data formats.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, particularly Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to troubleshoot complex automation issues.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
