Fullstack Product Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Fullstack Product Engineer to develop and deliver cutting-edge AI-powered products at an exceptional pace.

  • Develop end-to-end product solutions using Ruby and React, collaborating closely with product and design teams.
  • Implement intelligent workflows utilizing Langchain and other LLM frameworks.
  • Eliminate unnecessary API layers and achieve efficient results through smart architecture and direct integration.

Requirements:

  • Product-driven mindset: You make tactical decisions swiftly and prioritize product outcomes over code quality.
  • LLM/Langchain equivalent experience: You have built real features or products using Langchain and possess knowledge of the LLM ecosystem.
  • Fullstack excellence: You work seamlessly across Ruby (backend) and React (frontend), ensuring smooth handoffs and silo-free collaboration.

Bonus Skills:

  • Prior experience building tools in CRM, SaaS, or automation environments.
  • Familiarity with agents, vector DBs, embeddings, and prompt engineering concepts.
