**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP functional roles, with at least 3 full-cycle SAP HANA implementations as a Functional Lead in MM/Procurement/SCM for large, global enterprises
  • Demonstrated expertise in global ERP rollouts, multi-country operations, and complex business environments
  • Experience working with SAP Implementation Partners and cross-functional teams
  • SAP certifications in MM, Procurement, or SCM modules are highly preferred

Bonus: Additional certifications such as PMP or Six Sigma are a strong advantage.
