About Our Team

This role entails working with employee data, managing insurance policies, and collaborating with clients and insurers. It requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • We manage and maintain accurate employee data for our clients.
  • Our team oversees various insurance policies including Group Mediclaim, Group Term Life, EDLI, WC, and Group Accident Policies.
  • We coordinate with insurance companies to add, delete, correct data through endorsements and CD reconciliations.
  • Maintaining an endorsement tracker ensures timely updates in our system.
  • We build and maintain professional relationships with insurers, clients' HR and Finance teams, and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs).

Requirements:

  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and solve problems effectively is a must.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders is vital.
  • Attention to Detail: We focus on accuracy in data management with a detail-oriented approach.

Tech Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with a preference for expertise.
  • Familiarity with insurance policy management systems is advantageous.
