High Net Worth Client Manager

The Affluent Wealth Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with high net worth clients and providing personalized banking services to meet their financial needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a portfolio of high net worth clients and provide relationship management services to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing relationships through cross-selling and upselling bank products and services.
  3. Work closely with internal stakeholders, including branch banking teams, operations, product teams, and treasury, to ensure seamless delivery of banking services to clients.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and objectives, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  5. Ensure that all client interactions are documented and updated in the CRM system in accordance with desk requirements.
  6. Develop and maintain knowledge of banking products and services, including current accounts, trade finance, export finance, and asset products.
  7. Stay up-to-date with market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes that may impact client relationships and business growth.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of business plans and strategies.
  9. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on client relationships, sales performance, and business growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in wealth management, current account acquisition, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, economic trends, and banking products and services.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage complex client requirements and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Graduation/Post-Graduation in Marketing/Finance or equivalent.
  • AMFI, NCFM, CAIIB, IRDA certifications preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in insurance or retail relationship management.
  • Knowledge of competition and current trends in the financial industry.
