Job Overview

This role offers the opportunity to lead the delivery of AV integration projects across a region, working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects simultaneously.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage AV integration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate and manage internal engineering teams, external vendors, and subcontractors during design, installation, and commissioning phases.
  • Monitor project financials, including budgeting, cost tracking, invoicing, and profitability analysis.
  • Ensure that all systems are delivered to high technical standards and in compliance with industry best practices and client requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing AV integration projects, preferably in a regional or multi-country capacity.
  • A strong technical understanding of AV systems, including video conferencing platforms, AV-over-IP solutions, control systems (e.g., Crestron, Extron, AMX), audio DSPs, and display and projection technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, project coordination, and client-facing communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • PMP, CTS-D, or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally for project deployments as required.
