Integration Delivery Leader

We are seeking an experienced Integration Delivery Leader to join our team. This individual will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery lifecycle of integration projects, from initial planning and requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of API-led connectivity, Event Driven Arch, data integration patterns, and cloud-based integration services (e.g., Azure Integration Services & SAP BTP IS). They will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demand Management & Onboarding Process: Establish and manage the demand management & onboarding process for initiatives/projects using Digital Backbone.
  • Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end delivery lifecycle of integration projects.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage expectations, communicate progress, and resolve issues to ensure project success.
  • Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources to optimize efficiency and meet project deadlines.
  • Methodology & Process: Implement and refine agile methodologies to ensure predictable and high-quality delivery.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative team environment. Mentor and coach team members.
  • Technical Acumen: Understand integration technologies to guide technical teams.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business objectives.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 15+ years of experience in leading delivery or project management role, specifically within Integration domain.
  • Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of API-led connectivity, Event Driven Arch, data integration patterns, and cloud-based integration services (e.g., Azure Integration Services & SAP BTP IS).
  • Agile Methodologies: Proven experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and other project management methodologies.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a cross-functional team.
