Programme Leader in Advanced AI

About the Opportunity:

We seek an experienced senior technologist with hands-on expertise in Generative AI to lead a prestigious executive education program, focusing on bridging advanced theory with practical implementation.

This is a part-time role ideal for senior professionals passionate about shaping the next generation of AI talent. You will deliver live sessions and guide mid-career technologists through one of the most advanced AI programs in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 17 live sessions (120 minutes each) over a 16-week period, scheduled Saturday mornings, in an online format.
  • Deliver advanced topics such as Transformer architectures, diffusion models, VAEs, GANs, multimodal models, and LangChain systems.
  • Mentor participants on their capstone project, providing implementation-focused feedback and industry perspective.
  • Support a cohort of global, technically skilled professionals in applying AI concepts to real-world use cases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality delivery aligned with standards.

Required Expertise:

  • 10+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science, with at least 3–5 years working directly on Generative AI systems.
  • Deep practical expertise in building, fine-tuning, or deploying models like BERT, GPT, and text-to-image systems.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Prior experience in technical training, executive education, or mentoring engineering teams is essential.
  • A postgraduate degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field is desirable.
