Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Conversational AI Developer to join our team. As a key member of our AI engineering group, you will be responsible for designing and implementing conversational flows using RetellAI.com to create engaging user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement conversational flows that handle multiple branches, edge cases, and real-life conversation patterns.
  • Develop structured dialogue flows that integrate with external platforms via Make.com and/or n8n for seamless workflow automation.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to deliver high-quality client-ready solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in conversational AI, automation, or related fields.
  • Proven expertise with RetellAI.com in conversational flow creation.
  • Experience with Make.com and/or n8n for workflow automation.
  • Strong knowledge of webhooks, JSON, HTTP requests, APIs, and integrations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Evidence of completed projects showcasing real conversational flows.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience integrating with CRMs, booking platforms, or call management systems.
  • Familiarity with other AI platforms for broader perspective.
