Job Description

Digital Marketing Operations Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Operations Expert to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing our marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless execution of campaign plans, tracking and reporting on campaign performance, and leading a team of operations, graphic design, web design, and content creation resources.

The ideal candidate will have experience with marketing automation platforms, account-based marketing campaign execution, and CRM systems. They should also possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams. Additionally, they should have excellent project management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the marketing tech stack, including integration and optimization of tools such as ABM, marketing automation, analytics platforms.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement digital marketing campaigns across email, web, social, and other digital channels.
  • Manage data integrity within marketing systems, creating and optimizing workflows, lead routing, and segmentation to improve targeting and personalization.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and dashboards, providing insights to stakeholders on effectiveness, ROI, and areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in digital marketing operations or marketing technology management.
  • Strong experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua), account-based marketing campaign execution and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Proven track record of optimizing marketing operations to improve efficiency, lead management, and personalization at scale.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience building and managing high-performing India-based teams for US businesses.
  • Strong technical skills in integrating and optimizing marketing tech stacks, including data management, segmentation, and reporting.
  • Excellent project management skills with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience in building and leading creative teams to support marketing objectives.
