About Us

Job Title: Subject Manager

This is a managerial role responsible for managing large numbers of subject experts and working closely with other subject administrators as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • We are looking for someone to develop high-quality questions for assessments.
  • The ideal candidate will create content for General Knowledge and Current Affairs.
  • They should also manage question banks, setting quality standards for writing and review in respective domains.
  • Inventory tracking and maintaining optimum levels of item availability in assigned non-STEM domains/subjects is essential.
  • Apart from these responsibilities, the selected candidate will define selection criteria and strategy, monitor SME performance quality, train and develop SME pools in different domains/subjects, and coordinate with SMEs for test development activities.
  • Additionally, they will be responsible for creating test designs in subjects of expertise and coordinating with SMEs to finalize test designs in other domains/subjects.
  • They should also support internal stakeholders to fulfill requirements for test items and question sets.
  • Last but not least, the successful candidate will work closely with the Lead Subject Administrator in delivering projects and other requirements as per organizational needs.

Required Qualifications

  • A thorough understanding of school subjects till 12th level as per NCERT syllabus.
  • Broader knowledge of the education system of the country and NCERT/CBSE/Boards.
  • Experience in the education sector related to assessment & evaluation - test designs/blueprints, question development.
  • Good command over English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in spoken Hindi.
