Recycling Operations Director

Located in Alwar, we are seeking a skilled Production Manager to lead our recycling operations. As a key member of the DCS Group team, you will be responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring quality control, and driving efficiency improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule shifts and allocate resources to meet production targets.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
• Develop and implement production plans to meet output goals.
• Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Coordinate with other departments (such as procurement and logistics) to ensure seamless workflow.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure the purity and quality of recycled materials.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs.
• Address any quality issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Conduct safety training sessions for employees.
• Collaborate with regulatory agencies to maintain necessary permits and licenses.
• Monitor production costs and implement strategies to optimize expenses.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction while maintaining quality standards.
• Lead initiatives to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.
• Implement Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies where applicable.
• Foster a culture of innovation and problem-solving among production staff.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of recycling processes and equipment.
• Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
