QE Delivery Director

The QE Delivery Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality engineering, ensuring robust, scalable, and efficient quality assurance practices across software delivery. This position requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in testing frameworks, automation, performance engineering, development and agile methodologies to enhance product reliability and accelerate delivery cycles.

Leadership & Strategy

• Lead the SDET team in aligning with the company’s vision and goals, setting clear objectives, and driving continuous improvement in quality practices.

• Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for quality engineering, emphasizing automation, efficiency, and reliability.

• Collaborate with senior management to define quality objectives, key metrics, and deliverables for all software projects.

Quality Engineering Management

• Oversee the development and execution of test strategies, including functional, performance, unit test and end to end testing.

• Drive the adoption of automated testing tools and frameworks, ensuring scalability and maintainability.

• Ensure effective defect tracking, resolution, and reporting, maintaining high standards of product quality.

• Past experience in Selenium with C# development is mandatory.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with development, product management, and operations teams to ensure alignment on product requirements, timelines, and quality standards.

• Act as the primary point of contact for all quality engineering and SDET initiatives, providing insights to internal and customer stakeholders on progress, challenges, and achievements.

Process Improvement

• Evaluate and improve testing methodologies, tools, and processes to support agile and DevOps practices.

• Identify opportunities to streamline testing and development workflows, reducing time-to-market without compromising quality.

• Foster a culture of quality, driving quality-first principles across engineering and product teams.

Team Development

• Mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing QE team, promoting a learning environment that encourages professional growth.

• Assess and address skill gaps, facilitate training, and ensure the team stays updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies
