About the Role
  • Drive cloud strategy and manage global teams of engineers.
  • Collaborate with technology leaders, data scientists, and program managers across multiple locations.

A typical workday may include:

  • Developing cloud automation plans and building proposals.
  • Maintaining exposure to various cloud services: AWS, Azure, GCP.
  • Understanding different cloud platforms and networks, with a focus on security considerations.
  • Planning and executing infrastructure automation, build, deploy, and release automation on various cloud platforms.
  • Designing and configuring DevSecOps pipelines for projects, working with clients and project teams.
  • Defining and evangelizing cloud platform automation activities.
  • Guiding junior talent in the capability.
  • Serving as a thought leader and SME for DevOps industry trends, new technologies, and architectural concepts.
Required Skills
  • Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
  • Containers/Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, EKS.
  • Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, AWS CDK or Azure Biceps.
  • CI/CD Tools: AWS Code Repo, Azure DevOps.
  • Repository Management: Artifactory, Nexus, JFrog.
  • Code Analysis: SonarQube.
  • Security Tools: Fortify/Blackduck/Checkmarx.
  • Monitoring / Security: Grafana, Prometheus.
  • Database: MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB.
  • Scripting/Languages: Shell, Python, Groovy, YAML.
