Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Creator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies across various social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels.

  • Develop and execute content strategies tailored to service-based audiences, showcasing the brand's unique voice and perspective.
  • Concept, script, shoot, and edit content that resonates with each platform's tone and style.
  • Own and manage end-to-end content calendars, channel-wise, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • BUILD AND SCALE A CREATOR ECOLOGY TO AMPLIFY BRAND MESSAGING by partnering with influencers and creators who share our brand values.
  • Craft messaging for key moments (drops, launches, brand IPs, customer features), highlighting the product's unique selling points.
  • Optimize content for reach, retention, saves, shares, and conversions, utilizing data-driven insights to inform content decisions.
  • Analyze performance data regularly to iterate on formats, frequency, and messaging, staying ahead of industry trends and algorithm shifts.
  • Align organic content with paid strategy, maximizing ROI and driving business growth.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of proven experience as a content creator, social strategist, or hybrid role, demonstrating expertise in content development and execution.
  • Solid understanding of content formats that work for service-based brands, including video, photo, and written content.
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute brand stories visually and tonally, reflecting the brand's unique personality and voice.
  • Proven success in building social media growth from scratch or scale, leveraging data-driven insights to inform content decisions.
  • Strong understanding of algorithms, trends, and platform-native behaviors, staying ahead of industry developments.
  • Experience collaborating with creators, influencers, or UGC producers, building relationships and driving content partnerships.
  • Great creative instincts : smart, sharp, on-brand, bringing a fresh perspective to content development.
