We are seeking a seasoned technical professional to spearhead data engineering initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development and implementation of comprehensive data platforms, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality solutions, leveraging Agile methodologies and sprint planning.
  • Evaluate and prioritize product backlogs, focusing on data pipelines, quality, governance, AI services, and BI dashboards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 13+ years of experience in IT, with 6+ years in Technical Product Management, Technical Program Management, or Delivery Lead roles.
  • Hands-on experience with data engineering, including data pipelines, ETL processes, and data integration workflows.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end data engineering, analytics, or AI/ML projects.
  • Solid understanding of modern data architecture: data lakes, warehouses, pipelines, ETL/ELT, governance, and AI tooling.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and DataOps/MLOps practices.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
