Role Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential sales leads, developing long-term relationships with customers, and persuading clients that our products or services best satisfy their needs. They will also negotiate contract agreement terms and conditions, meet with existing and potential customers, and guide dealer Sales Engineers for finalization and product support.
Key Responsibilities
- Potential sales lead identification, who will benefit from company products or services and maximize customer's potential in designated regions.
- Develop long-term relationships with customers, through managing and interpreting their requirements.
- Persuade clients that our product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery.
- Negotiate contract agreement terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
- Meet our existing customers and competition customers, financiers on regular basis to finalize our Komatsu and LTCEL Products as per our SOPS.
- Guide our dealer Sales Engineers for finalization and Product support.
- Capture machine performance report and customer testimonials regularly.
- Make concerted efforts to achieve the budgeted equipment sales numbers every quarter.
Requirements
- B. Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 2-10 years of relevant experience in selling construction equipment's like excavator, compactor, loaders etc.
- Strong technical knowledge of our products
- Ability to maintain long-lasting relationships with all stakeholders.
- Effective communication-Written & Verbal (English, Hindi, Regional Language)
- Confident, outgoing, attention to detail, perseverance, and endurance
- Effective Negotiation skills
- Teamworking and organizational skills
Salary: ₹25,00,000 - ₹40,00,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.
