Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Media Planning Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive media plans that align with client objectives and deliver measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Management: Lead and manage performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), ensuring alignment with client objectives and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to drive better ROI, increased engagement, and conversion rates. Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques.
- Budget Management: Oversee and manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and spend to achieve the best results for clients.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and account management, to develop cohesive media strategies that align with client goals.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data and generate insightful reports. Use data-driven insights to suggest improvements and demonstrate the value of our services to clients.
- Market Research & Trends: Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, social media, and performance marketing to ensure that campaigns are innovative and leverage the best tools and strategies available.
- Mentorship & Guidance: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, helping them grow their skills in media planning, optimization, and reporting.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 5-6 years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 3 years of experience in managing client media accounts within a marketing agency environment.
- Platforms Expertise: Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.), programmatic media buying, and other performance-driven marketing tools.
- Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, generate insights, and optimize performance.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to present complex data and insights to clients in a clear and actionable manner.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Proven ability to lead campaigns, collaborate with teams, and mentor junior staff.
- Adaptability & Problem Solving: Ability to adapt to fast-changing client needs and industry trends, with a problem-solving mindset to overcome challenges in campaign delivery.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Additional certifications in digital marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, etc.) are a plus.
Salary and Benefits
