Job Role Overview

The role of Freelance Technician is pivotal in delivering exceptional technical support to clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Equipment Installation and Commissioning: Installation and commissioning of equipment as per appointment and guidelines.
  • Customer Engagement: Demonstrating and explaining the benefits of HSI PPP solutions to customers.
  • Upgrade Solutions: Supporting customers with upgrade solutions for their Home and Security systems.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting issues faced by customers at their premises.

To excel in this position, we seek candidates with an ITI qualification, pursuing or completed, and 0-2 years of experience in a similar field. Key skills required include:
