Tech Leadership Opportunities in AI Governance and Compliance

As a pioneering tech lead, you will shape architecture and lead delivery in a fast-growing domain of AI for governance and compliance.

Working alongside responsible AI specialists and regulatory experts, you will help translate governance and compliance principles into robust technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architecture & Build: Define system architecture, integrate AI testing libraries, and deliver cloud-based solutions that prioritize fairness, transparency, and explainability.
  • Ai Model Testing: Build and test AI models against established standards of governance and compliance, ensuring they meet the requirements of regulatory frameworks.
  • Collaboration & Growth: Partner with global leaders to translate complex requirements into engineering-led solutions, drive innovation, and contribute to pilots and client delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of developing, training, and evaluating AI/ML models.
  • Experience in developing or integrating AI testing and assurance tools.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and modern ML/AI libraries.
  • Experience with cloud computing and knowledge of scaling, training, and deployment of AI models.
  • Awareness of Responsible AI frameworks and familiarity with explainability and fairness tools.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
