Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ITIL Process Lead to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the execution of ITIL Processes such as incident management, problem management, change management, major incident management, release management, and service transition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a single point of contact for the execution of ITIL Processes.
  • Prioritize working experience of handling foresaid processes preferred.
  • Connect with customers to manage discussions for in-scope infrastructure and application maintenance.
  • Drive collaboration with multiple stakeholders on day-to-day operations.
  • Lead the ITIL Process resources to achieve Process KPIs and Service level targets.
  • Act as a crisis manager during critical incidents and guide proactive problem management.
  • Ensure process adherence and meeting quality norms.
  • Driving internal audits and defining service improvement programs.
  • Report on all Process areas according to contractual agreements.

Requirements:
  • ITIL4 certification preferred.
  • Comfortable working in 24/7 environment.
