Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Risk Management Leader to spearhead our risk management and internal audit functions.

  • Develop and Execute an Annual Internal Audit Plan: Create a comprehensive plan that aligns with business priorities, taking into account the evolving risk landscape.
  • Vendor Selection and Execution: Identify and engage suitable vendors for program activities execution, ensuring seamless delivery.
  • Internal Audit Plan Execution: Oversee the timely execution and reporting of internal audits, providing stakeholders with actionable insights.
  • Functional Audits: Conduct thorough functional audits as per the annual plan, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Track, monitor, and report open internal audit observations to stakeholders on a monthly basis.
  • Follow-up Audits: Conduct follow-up audits to assess the effectiveness of management's remediation efforts on noted internal audit observations.
  • Internal Audit SOPs and Tools: Develop and maintain robust internal audit SOPs, including templates, protocols, and documentation requirements, as well as a repository of audit programs, checklists, templates, and tools for standardization and consistency.
  • Audit Support Tools: Plan, develop, and maintain audit support tools to enhance audit process quality and efficiency.
  • Risk Management Partnership: Collaborate closely with Risk Management to provide inputs for entity and functional level risk identification and assessment.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory Education: Chartered Accountant

Desirable Education: CIA, CISA, CWA

Experience: 10-15 years of experience in implementing, delivering, and embedding risk management at strategic and operational levels, with proven expertise in undertaking audits across diverse areas of the organization.

Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to interface and influence management levels, and a strong understanding of corporate governance, internal audit, and risk management domains.
