Job Title:

Strategic Planning Consultant

Overview:

Seeking an experienced planning consultant to lead the solution build and guide project teams. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle Hyperion Planning and Budgeting, including application creation, metadata build, planning form development, validation, business rules, integration, workflow, and security configuration.

Responsibilities:

  • 10+ years of experience in implementing Hyperion Planning and Budgeting (HP) and Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (E/PBCS).
  • 6+ successful end-to-end implementations in HP and E/PBCS.
  • Lead the solution build and guide the project team.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of Oracle Hyperion Planning and Budgeting.
  • Functional understanding of planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Strong understanding of the integration capabilities of HP and E/PBCS with EPM/Hyperion and other source/target systems using FDMEE/ODI/Data Management.
  • Create project documents like test scripts, integration configuration documents, manuals, etc.

Requirements:

B.Tech or MCA by qualification.

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and great presentation skills to articulate business and technologies to internal/external stakeholders.
  • Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets), PowerPoint, etc.
  • Confident and assertive.
  • Open for long/short-term travel based on project needs.

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of Hyperion/EPM Planning and Budgeting, Hyperion/EPM Profitability and Cost Management, Hyperion/EPM Account Reconciliation would be an added advantage.
