The Indian healthcare market is witnessing a shift with inflation in healthcare costs three times higher than general inflation. A significant majority of Indians are unable to afford health insurance on their own; as many as 600 million Indians will likely rely on employer-sponsored insurance.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong finance background to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and develop financial models.
  • Monitor targets and make course corrections against plan versus actual performance.
  • Publish regular management information systems (MIS) and dashboards for leadership, investors, and management.
  • Conduct revenue analytics and insights.
  • Perform data reconciliation between internal and insurer data, follow up with insurers and internal sales teams to close revenue gaps.
  • Analyze cost KPIs, monitor key metrics, bring insights, and control leakages.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and support metrics reporting for relevant processes.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Data gathering and manipulation skills.
  • Ability to develop partnerships with business leaders, influence, and persuade.
  • Strong business acumen, curiosity, agility, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with editorial expertise.
  • Expertise in Excel, Google Spreadsheet, presentations, and models.
  • Prior experience in business-facing roles is an added advantage.
  • Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Suite.
